Free Shipping to the USA

We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped to the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders are delivered in 7–12 business days on average. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons (holidays, sales events) or because of carrier delays outside our control.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can only update the address before the order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipment, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at frostoff0@outlook.fr and we'll help resolve it with the carrier or send a replacement.

Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. See our Refund Policy for details.

Duties and taxes

For orders shipped within the United States, no additional customs duties are charged to the customer. Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses may take longer to arrive.
