FrostOff ("we", "us", "our") operates this store and website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share your personal information when you visit our site, make a purchase or contact us. Our store is powered by Shopify, which hosts our website and processes transactions on our behalf.

Information we collect

  • Contact details: name, shipping and billing address, email address and phone number.

  • To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • To send marketing emails, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
  • To show relevant advertising and measure ad performance (for example on Meta/Instagram, TikTok or Google).
  • To detect and prevent fraud and keep our store secure.

How we share your information

We share personal information only as needed to run our business:

  • With Shopify and our service providers (payment processing, fulfillment and shipping carriers, email, analytics and customer support).
  • With advertising and analytics partners, through cookies and pixels, to show you personalized ads.
  • When required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or others.
  • In connection with a business transfer such as a merger or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain US state laws; see "Your rights" below to opt out.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, understand how our site is used and support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings and our cookie banner. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out request where required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and other US states, or the EU/UK), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal information.
  • Receive a copy of your information (data portability).
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and of targeted advertising.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise these rights, email us at frostoff0@outlook.fr or use our Your Privacy Choices page. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Data retention and security

We keep your information only as long as needed to fulfill your orders, provide our services, meet legal and accounting obligations and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
