30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your FrostOff™ Ice Mold. If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• The request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The item is unused, clean and in its original packaging.
• You provide your order number and proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us at frostoff0@outlook.fr with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, and you won't need to send the item back.

Return shipping costs

For returns that are not due to our error (for example, a change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.

Bundle offers

Bundles ("Buy 2 + 1 Free", "Buy 3 + 1 Free") are priced as a set. If you return part of a bundle, the refund is calculated based on the single-unit price of the items you keep.

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships by emailing us. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it can be returned under this policy.
